HOW YOU CAN HELP

SINGING IN STRIDE

We Will Run Again

Written for the victims of 4/15 and inspired by the President’s words at the interfaith healing service at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross in Boston, Thursday, April 18, 2013. Imagine a song where the chorus builds until there are hundreds of voices coming together to show their support. This is the vision. Download, share, and submit your chorus to get added to the track.

RUNNING IN THE CLOUDS

Martin Richard

8 / Dorchester

At Hemenway Park, where the third-grader at the nearby Charter School played during gym class, friends and classmates created a makeshift chalk memorial for Martin.

In chalk, they wrote messages of love and prayer, telling the young boy that they loved him and would never forget him

Lingzi Lu

23 / China

She won an academic scholarship to the Beijing Institute of Technology, and later went on to Boston University to pursue a master's degree in statistics.

She would have known how slim the chances were that something like this could happen in a crowd of thousands gathering on a sunny day.

Krystle Campbell

29 / Arlington

Campbell was driven by a strong work ethic, and it got noticed by family and coworkers alike. Former employers commended her diligence when lamenting her death.

"Full of energy and hard at work," is how former employer Summer Shack, a seafood restaurant, described her in a statement on its Facebook page.

Sean Collier

26 / Somerville

Through tears and emotions, his roommate who trained with Collier at the police academy said Collier was “awesome,” his only fault being that was he was too brave.

“He is one of the nicest guys you can imagine, funny, everybody liked him,” said Holly Dixon. “He was a nice, nice kid, who would do anything for you.”

Our thoughts and prayers to all the victims, and everyone affected by this tragedy.

"Yes we will find you. And yes you will face justice."
